Demystifying Embedded Systems Middleware

I like this book because it covers many architectures in the world of programming. I've been mostly a tester in my career, doing fixes and small upgrades.

This is an excellent review of Middleware in the development of Embedded Systems with a few caveats. First, the author seems to define Middleware in an overly broad context; she seems to say that Middleware is any software that is neither hardware specific (device drivers and OS kernel) or an end user application.

This book is mistitled. It should be called "Demystifying Java Embedded Middleware.
